Deposits
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Balance is due the day of the trip. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card (3% processing fee on cards).

Cancellation
- Cancellations made with less than one (1) week's notice forfeit the deposit. With more than one week's notice we'll re-book to a date that works for both of us. If we can't find a date within the same calendar year, the deposit carries to the following season. There are no refunds.

Weather
- The Captain reserves the right to cancel for unsafe conditions. Weather-cancellations always reschedule to a mutually convenient date. If rescheduling in the same season isn't possible, your deposit carries to the next year. Deposits are never lost to weather.

Trip times
- Times aren't fixed. They're built around your crew, the tide, and conditions on the day. Trip type and services are subject to weather, sea state, and seasonal docking.

Gratuity
- Not every trip requires a mate. When a mate is aboard, 20% gratuity is industry standard and is paid directly to the mate.

Safety
- Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided for every guest. Children under 13 are required to wear them at all times. The Captain's decisions on safety are final.

Regulations
- All state and federal fishing regulations are followed at all times. Non-negotiable.
